To change your email address or mobile number, you will need to contact us via live chat or email support. Identity verification is required for such changes for security reasons. You can also edit your name or contact details directly from your account dashboard.
Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits via bKash are nearly instant — your v786 wallet balance is usually updated within a few seconds to 2 minutes after a successful payment. You can also deposit via Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, all of which are equally fast. If your deposit does not reflect, contact live chat with your transaction ID.
The minimum deposit amount at v786 is ৳500 — applicable across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer). The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After a successful withdrawal request, funds are generally transferred to your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Bank transfers may take slightly longer. There may be a small delay during peak hours or if verification is pending.
v786 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees on its end. However, your mobile banking provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or bank may apply their own transaction charges. Please check your payment service's terms for details on those charges.
